1 cup skim milk
½ cup juice (pineapple is good)
1 banana

Sweet and Sour Salad
1 head Romaine lettuce
1 cucumber
1/3 cup raspberry vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
salt and ground pepper
Wash and drain well 1 head of Romaine lettuce. Cut up and put in large bowl. Slice cucumber and add to Romaine. In a separate bowl combine raspberry vinegar, olive oil and salt and pepper. Mix well. Pour dressing over salad and toss and mix. Sprinkle with walnuts, pecans or almonds - your choice.
